LSZ Consultancy: Projecting authority in a niche industry
LSZ-consultancy.com is the online calling card of LSZ Consultancy, a firm that helps software companies in the maritime and terminal industry with sales growth, go-to-market strategy and M&A support. For this client we designed and built a complete WordPress website that conveys the company’s expertise and track record to visitors immediately.
The site combines a sharp, professional design with a clear content structure and multiple conversion moments. The result: a website that builds trust with decision-makers in a complex B2B market.
1. A niche consultant needs a website that radiates trust
LSZ Consultancy focuses on a highly specific audience: software companies selling to terminals, ports and maritime organisations. The website needed to make founder Roy de Haan’s 15+ years of experience and strong network immediately visible.
Client goals: A professional, clear website that presents the services clearly, shows social proof via testimonials and metrics, and encourages visitors to book a conversation.
User insight: The audience includes CEOs, sales directors and founders of software companies. They want to quickly see what LSZ does, for whom, and with what results. No noise, no superfluous copy.
2. A WordPress website built for authority
Based on the LSZ Consultancy brand profile, we designed a fully custom WordPress website with a dark, premium colour palette and a clear page structure.
Custom page structure: Dedicated service pages for each core activity: LSZ Sales Generator, Sales Consultancy, Go-to-Market & Market Positioning and M&A Assistance. Each page is built with its own hero, description and call-to-action.
Animations and interaction: Subtle scroll animations, numbered sections (//01, //02, etc.) and interactive elements that give the site a dynamic, modern feel without hindering readability.
Responsiveness: Fully responsive design, optimised for both desktop and mobile. Navigation, hamburger menu and all sections scale on every screen size.
3. Conversion points on every page
The website is set up to encourage visitors to act at multiple moments.
Booking integration: A “Book An Appointment” page where visitors can schedule a conversation directly. CTAs to this page appear on every page.
Testimonials: A testimonial slider with quotes from clients such as NAPA, Grieg Connect, Cofano, GELECTRIC and Handbook.pro. Including name, role and company link for maximum credibility.
Metrics and social proof: A highlights section with key figures: 15+ years of experience, dozens of closed deals, 3+ years of NAPA support and an extensive industry network. Presented as visual cards that stand out immediately.
4. From consultancy idea to online authority
The website went live with all pages, content and conversion moments in place. LSZ Consultancy now has an online foundation that positions the firm as the go-to partner for software sales in the maritime sector.
