Sappnin: A dating platform focused on real connection

Sappnin.io is not a standard dating platform. It is not about swiping or algorithms, but about presence and real connection. Users are only visible when they are actively online themselves. For this unique concept we built a conversion-focused custom website in just four weeks — fully based on a supplied Figma design.

1. Web design that supports the mission

The site needed to make clear at a glance what Sappnin stands for: not endless profile scrolling, but direct contact at the moment someone is genuinely there.

Client goals: Establish a visual identity that feels modern, playful and trustworthy — aimed at curiosity and trust.

User insight: Most visitors arrive via social media or word of mouth. The website therefore needed to persuade and convert quickly.

2. From Figma to pixel-perfect web

The client supplied a Figma design that we brought to life with speed and precision.

Design-to-code: We built a responsive front end in Next.js + Tailwind CSS, with careful attention to spacing, typography and interaction.

System logic: Although the focus was on the site, the user flow around contact and onboarding was also worked out clearly.

3. Smart contact, straight to CRM

Alongside the design we implemented a custom contact handling system — aimed at maximum follow-up and minimal manual processing.

Functionality:

• Contact enquiries are automatically forwarded to the client’s email address and CRM

• Provided with tagging, timestamp and optional tracking parameters

• Ready for further marketing automation

4. Live quickly, ready for growth

The site went live within four weeks, fully built for scalability and speed.

Delivery: The site was delivered via Git with a clear structure, documentation and instructions for management.
