Stapleton EAS: Pixel-perfect from Figma to WordPress — fully European

Stapleton-eas.nl is the website of Stapleton EAS, the company of Agile Enterprise Architect John van der Stap. Stapleton EAS helps socially driven organisations develop and implement enterprise architecture, with clients such as the Central Government Real Estate Agency, the Custodial Institutions Agency and Dimpact. For this project we collaborated with the client’s designer, who delivered a complete desktop and mobile design in Figma. We rebuilt that design pixel-perfectly in WordPress, using exclusively European technology.

The site is fully independent of US services: no Google Fonts, no Cloudflare, no US CDNs or tracking tools. This was a deliberate client requirement and fits the socially responsible positioning of Stapleton EAS.

1. An enterprise architect deserves a website that breathes architecture

Stapleton EAS focuses on socially engaged organisations in the public sector and education. The website needed to convey John van der Stap’s deep expertise and personal approach immediately — with a design as considered as the enterprise architectures he creates.

Client goals: A professional, visually strong website that presents the services clearly (EAS-y Consultancy, 3D Approach, Training & Mentoring), shows social proof via client feedback and certifications, and guides visitors towards contact.

User insight: The audience includes directors, information managers and policy advisers at government organisations and social institutions. They look for a reliable partner with proven experience and want to quickly understand what Stapleton EAS offers and for whom.

2. Pixel-perfect from Figma to WordPress

The client’s designer delivered a fully worked-out Figma design for both desktop and mobile. We rebuilt that design to the pixel in WordPress.

Design-to-code: The design contains complex visual elements: parallax scroll sections with dual image columns, a scrolling certificates carousel, a client logo bar, impact-in-numbers statistics, a tabbed profile/mission section and a testimonial slider. All of these were rebuilt with custom code, without heavy page builders.

European technology: The full website runs on European infrastructure. No Google Fonts (locally hosted), no US CDNs, no external tracking services from outside the EU. This guarantees full GDPR compliance without cookie banners for external services and aligns with public-sector values.

Animations and interaction: Subtle scroll animations, a scrolling keyword ticker (“Digital transformation, Sustainability, Enterprise Architecture, Agility.”), hover effects on client logos and an interactive testimonial slider. Everything built for performance without JavaScript frameworks.

Responsiveness: The mobile design was worked out separately in Figma and rebuilt separately. Not automatic scaling, but a dedicated mobile version with adapted navigation, adapted sections and its own footer layout.

3. Conversion points and social proof

The website is set up to guide visitors towards contact from multiple angles.

Client feedback: An extensive testimonial section with quotes from clients including name, photo and role — from directors and information managers to strategic advisers at RVO and the Custodial Institutions Agency.

Clients and certifications: Two scrolling logo carousels: one with clients (Central Government Real Estate Agency, DJI, Dimpact, Samen Veilig, and more) and one with certifications and partnerships. This builds authority immediately.

Impact in numbers: A visual section with concrete results: +20–40% time savings, +30–50% increase in client value, +10–25% improvement in returns. This makes the abstract service tangible.

Contact form: An extensive contact form with subject selection (EAS-y Consultancy, 3D Approach, Training, Mentoring) and a checkbox for newsletter opt-in. GDPR-compliant with privacy agreement.

Blog: A news and articles section for thought leadership and SEO.

4. From Figma design to a Europe-responsible platform

The website went live as a technically and visually high-quality platform that fully supports Stapleton EAS’s positioning as a strategic partner for the public sector.
